huaaa its been long time i never visit my blog..
one of cause is my insomnia no longer in my life..hahahaha
i had 2 weeks slept earlier.. i was so enjoyable,and thanked to my friends who invited me hangout all day long :D and got me tired. but there's a thing i miss it badly in blind morning is conference with fadil and tari. sorry guys i can't accompany you every night as before :( well,actually i have a few tips for those who suffered insomnia..
- Avoid eating and drinking too much before bed. Too much food will make your stomach discomfort, drinking too much will make you often go to toilet. Of course, the second condition will disturb your sleep.
- Avoid Caffeine, tobacco, and other stimulants taken too close to bedtime. Their effects can last as long as 8 hours.
- Stop your routine activity like tweeting,chatting. keep away your cell phone from your side.
- Bedtime schedule. Go to sleep around the same time each night and wake up around the same time each morning, even on weekends. If you can, avoid night shifts, alternating schedules, or other things that may disrupt your sleep schedule.
and the most important thing
"just try to forget your whole problem for a moment when you want to sleep"
please remember,insomnia will waste your time,ruin your body, and your healthy.
